Easton
Rural southern Gregg County. Well and septic is the norm, which means the one-acre minimum applies.
Liberty City
Unincorporated and effectively all on-site. Sandy surface soils, variable clay depth.
Warren City
Small community on the Rusk line, mostly larger residential tracts.
Clarksville City
Older platted lots, several predating the current lot-size rules.
